MIP - 94%

Hi all!

I received an e-mail saying the MIP is 94% . We missed the EPS target. Is this % the same for everyone this year? Or can it vary per OU, region and function?

MIP payout depends on the OU. Some OUs have >100% payout.

The MIP is like a regressive tax. The people who make the most $ get a larger payout not only because of their larger salary but MDT increases percent multiplier based on your pay band!!!

When I was at Guidant, the percentage was the same for EVERYBODY kind of like the tax system proposed by Steve Forbes.

I can only assume that it has something to do with maintaining socioeconomic diversity!

@rbi+1sT0mUrD exactly!

Expect your MIP to be lower. No one is getting 100%. Shareholders and GM will have to be rewarded higher

Btw, the MIP of 94% is Enterprise wide… the individual performance % may differ (a lot) from that…
