I wish bad decisions by management that cost this company some of its best people would end up costing those in power their jobs. But that'll never happen. Layoffs don’t hurt them, just us.

Why does my comment always get deleted when I post something?
Management hates people in the customer service dept, they see us as low life.
So annoying to us on the front lines during corporate calls. They don't take live questions either.
"At the end of the day" is equal to "we sc--wed up but oh well."
"We are in a stronger position for the future" means "PLEASE keep your stock L3s and up because there are layoffs coming soon"
And lastly "adjusted EBITA" is an overused term that means "we're in debt but we have to make up ways to look like we're NOT broke."
Well so far they have destroyed tech, customer service, care, lpax and sales. But still they remain in power and they continue to destroy more as each day goes by.
