Anyone else notice MS tap dance around the question about raises based on inflation today?
Stock + bonuses = You won’t see nothing.
Maybe when you’re making a few million inflation doesn’t affect you, but making $20/hr base it’s quite noticeable

Anyone that curses and uses God's name in vein in a public forum is toxic. Look elsewhere for employment because MS is a hack who is riding the Legere wave. The current regime only cares about profits and is moving toward a "life integration" model. Week-ends will include additional work and your family dinners will include a conference call. If you work for T-Mobile, seek employment elsewhere ASAP!

MS just cashed in another $6 Million in a planned trade on 11/14, and is holding another $90.2M in shares. He's part of the liberal elite who aren't hurting during this recession and who don't care about anyone but themselves, no matter what they say.

When the subject 1st came up he immediately started talking about total compensation. Which is his way of telling us to shut up; we're paid enough as it is. And with unemployed developers from meta and Amazon running around Seattle, he'll be able to pay even less because they'll just take whatever offer for a job.
I thought is was interesting when MS almost said he wished for a raise as well. I'm sure they will cut that from the recording.
The comment about the Biden-Harris inflation Act is a joke. Nothing about that Act will actually help the country or prevent job losses at T-Mobile or elsewhere. Only China benefits. Fact!
