Also see way too many people on this board confusing effect vs affect.
I hated working there. People would introduce themselves first with how many years you were there. Ya know, you don't learn much doing the same thing in the same org for 18 years.

Spelling helps credibility. OP can start there, and in time work up to maturity, perspective and relevance.
Many of the lifers unfortunately are likely in a very tough spot if they were laid off... Much of Schwab ends up as 20years of generalist managers.. very hard to change industries or even to peers . A whole resume of random stuff ..
Over 20 years, can spell, regular bonuses and stock, and guarantee that I've kept up on my skillset.
If you think someone isn't valuable, you should speak with your manager. Their response may include areas for you to address. Like not throwing stones.
Perhaps you can help them improve their spelling skills, short-timer.
