MBA Id--ts in charge ! WTF Side Projects ? Really clueless MBAs that don't even know how CPU wafer stacks are made. Each and every one of us knows we go through severe qualifications at every step we work ( aka Side Projects ) to BKM improve our patterned wafers ! Boo Coo Lack of consideration by our ELTs ! Be gone all of you fools !
@qkw.. pushing rewards probably means that they don't want to waste their time reviewing the people who will be getting laid off in the next round of layoffs which will likely have everyone effected out the door by June 30th

Wth ppl are working on side projects and that is a real issue? Maybe this is the made up boogeyman. If management thinks ppl have enough time to work on side projects, then I am done. Any way you look at it this is a huge failure from middle mgmnt up to the top. Nobody has time for that shizzle and we are overworked. If you find someone working on some unauthorized side project in their "spare" time -- don't talk about it. Move them around to a real team or fire them and hire someone useful.
They need to stop the excessive positivism, I cannot relate to that given all that's been happening
