Ford said it intends to cut 3,800 product development and administration jobs in Europe in the next three years.
Roughly 2,300 jobs will be cut in Germany, 1,300 in the U.K. and 200 elsewhere in Europe.

@qed 18 months? I would be surprised if he makes it to the end of the year. They got rid of Fields for less than Farley has done already.

@tyq I seriously doubt that he lasts even 2 years. Stock price is going nowhere. Launches are a disaster. Product pipeline is a joke. Morale is in the dumper. The place is a mess.
My gut feel is that the board pulls the plug on this experiment in less than18 months.
Only if this CEO lasts to 2026.
