Claims staffing is at a minimum. We are all working 12 hour days just to stay afloat and we’re still 2 weeks behind on inspections in auto. They give us inspects on our days off! I’m hoping for a $ 5 raise! They stopped giving us overtime.

What's next, layoffs? Actually, layoffs wouldn’t be so bad compared to what it’s like to work here now. It especially frustrates me that they don’t even respect our days off. That's the very least they could do, right?
Good luck with the outsourcing... We deal with India for things in software development, and they are absolutely useless... Can't wait to see how bad claims gets

Wrong. I and coworker work 5-6 hours and be fine. Just complain you are.
Once Pune and the second new center in India is ready it all moves there.
