Involuntary Termination if not vaccinated by 3/1

Just an FYI, buried in the FAQs - employees that are asked to leave the company due to not being vaccinated will have involuntary termination listed on their U5s for not adhering to company policies!!

Yes, reading is fundamental and you seem quite angry and miserable about what is happening. Remember, you have an option to leave....but remember, a lot of businesses are doing this. Good luck!!!!

I think most people are complying. We received an email stating that were are at 90%.... which is good. It's all about safety

Reading is Fundamental. As of last count it said 92% had REPORTED their status..........REPORTED means just that, that they simply went in and reported whether they are Vaxxed or Unvaxxed. It translates nothing regarding actual "compliance".

I just saw it!! WOW! Adding insult to injury, really? Just goes to show TIAA does not give a rats bu-t about their people. I think FINRA needs to get wind of this. Does not sound legal to me.
