BTW I’m pretty sure Louie has not worked as an attorney in years.

The last opportunity to sell was with Fuji. There is nothing left anyone would buy. Biggest asset is goodwill. Must be a lot of junior employees posting here because you don’t seem to understand anything.

@pv think about who replaced John Bruno, previous mergers and acquisition person, perhaps ready for sale of Xerox.

Xerox share price free fall is likely this time when the numbers are out. Shareholders already see through the usual ploy of restructuring and rebuilding the teams from the merger.

They will be out of free cash in 90 days. One of two things are going to happen. Blackrock PE will buy them and they will go private in which Blackrock will just break it apart for the 5 cents its worth. Or fujifilm will buy them.

The way we were spoken to during the last call of do more, you didn’t do enough all while they took raises and bonuses was absolutely horrible!

You All know already how bad it is. You don’t need a report or statement to figure it out. The writing has been on the heals for years, yet somehow you wait for exact numbers. Why? What does it matter. Do you drown in 12 inches of water or 30 inches of water ? What difference does it make. You still Drown.

Here is an idea. Swim to the next job before you drown. Just a suggestion…

"Lots of one time financial adjustments will be claimed to make it look better than reality."

There is no such thing. Stop repeating things you do not understand.

@cf Those adjustments are actually worse. A lower EV means a lower bond rating; it's junk, now and will get junkier. Nobody rides for free, there is always a price to be paid.
