There is too much toxicity for me to continue working here.

Same here, ML has so far been a disaster, just politics and elevating that untrustworthy lapdog ST (who is responsible for giving AM horrible advice). Since ML, all we get is whispers that she is going to get rid of AM.
When the CEO said what he said in link below in Aug 2022, and then re-nigged on all his promises on Feb 14, 2023, everyone should have understood this is a "no future here" corporation and have started developing a plan B. You can't say you weren't warned, especially after he took the $10 million payoff from Apollo to top off all his lies. Move on people, who wants to work for and support a liar.

All for an exit plan but to be frank - everyone at this company should’ve had a back up plan or working on a safety net the day we saw the first round of layoffs in 2022. No on has been safe.
@psm, I dunno, maybe 'cause of the mortgage or those other little things things we usually call 'bills to pay and mouths to feed.' Seriously, when you've got dependents, it's not that crazy to have at least some sort of an exit plan before hitting the road.
I'm curious if there is a reason you haven't left yet? Not worth hanging around if you are this miserable
Is a B O N D A G E dress the OOTD?
Leaving the bondage of Avaya was the best thing that I ever did in my life.
Then quit and start to heal quicker. Staying in a toxic relationship is not great for you. Get out of the Golden Handcuffs and see that there is life after Avaya.

Hmm? Is there a reason why you cannot leave?
