I hope you folks are all okay. I was impacted in the earlier rounds and the consultations were so bad, they did not care and commented: It is just business. So mentally prepare yourselves for this, job hunting is extremely difficult this time of the year.

You weren't impacted, LR'd, redundant or downsized. You were fired.
You and 15,000 others were fired from a dying corporation. The decision came from the Cisco ELT because when you got fired, their stock went up.
The Cisco ELT are just picking the flesh off of the bones of a once great company. It happens every day.
