Outsider named today. Makes absolutely no sense. Most of top marketing leadership more than qualified but passed over. Expect both voluntary and involuntary exodus.

McKinsey is now under probe for working with and for BRICS
Yes, it's going to be giving all his reports new and improved values at work and new assignments. Such as, your current job is to find a new job... take a good read from the Mkinsey link below :

And yes, his job will be to move jobs to India, it's his mantra and his karma.
Is Marketing something you can "move to India"?
McKinsey: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (HBO) https://inv.nadeko.net/watch?v=AiOUojVd6xQ
Plenty of choices if all they cared about was the jargon. He’s from McKinsey. His job ain’t gonna be marketing. It’s gonna be to change things which he’ll have to do or he ain’t doing what he was brought here to do. It ain’t the jargon. Job is to get ai into the function, move more people to India, shrink it by two thirds, collect the payday and go back to McKinsey to wait for the next assignment.
It's all about marketing and buzzwords now (until the bubbles explode) https://www.datacenterdynamics.com/en/news/ibm-appoints-head-its-cloud-division-new-ceo/
Makes total sense; an outsider has no feelings towards RA of expensive , complacent Dinosaurs and replacing them in India with cheaper younger employees
