Not a word on the OxyNet page (Intranet site for employees) about today's Q3 earnings call. Speaks volumes about how Oxy leadership thinks about the company. Hoping the employees look away from this train wreck footage?

Did the write down of WES assets impact Oxy's earnings? Seems like the write down of all assets in the portfolio are positioning Oxy to outperform in the future. Take the hits while the market is down and the stock is already beaten to sh–.
Yeah the point is that normally the earnings calls are a way for employees to hear how leadership holds themselves accountable. Of course everyone can sign up for alerts and that's likely how they even knew it was going on. But LAPC highly encouraged depts to gather to hear the calls. Oxy isn't even acknowledging them is the point. Because they are ashamed of how they will look.
On the contrary, WES beat earnings expectations. Looks like LAPC can still run a better company!
It's been 2 weeks and the management page is still missing from the website. They hid it after they published a bunch of changes.
As a side note let’s hope employees are not keeping the company match in stock. That is risky given the current financial shape of the company.
@ozo+17RBNNPF I don't appreciate / understand your rudeness. Yes, most if not all of us know how to get access to earnings reports and calls. My point is that the Oxy site for all employees posts all kinds of fluff but does not have enough pride or transparency in the most important aspect of the company, namely financial health, to include it on the employee site - especially given that the 401K match is in Oxy stock.
To @ozo+17RBNNPF, whatever happened to “We are OXY” ???
OP’s point was that deep down VH and the EC know how embarrassing we are.
Was hoping for more bad news. Love it.
You’re so dumb. Sign up for OxyAlerts on the investor page. Anyone, even dumba$$es, can figure out how to sign up.
Really embarrassing. To think they would brag about BAR but hide company earnings. She's gotta go.
