How long should I keep posting on this site and complain about my job without taking action to better my life?
Jobs are plentiful, all companies are begging for help.
A qualified person can get a new job in about 4 weeks.
If I'm in a job I hate for more than 2 months, is it me or the company?
Should I begin to question my ability to get a better job?

@OP+1c2b6xM4 - I would go out and get another job as soon as I could if offered if I was that unhappy, but maybe you want to vent and are not ready to do anything drastic. The many people who come and complain about State Farm on this website are entitled to their opinions and justified - State Farm has never been one to show their hand to the employees and what their plans are for them. That along with the overload of work, unbearable metrics, and the dealing with cr-p on a regular basis and you have the typical sweatshop State Farm is. You would have to be living under a rock like the troll @oug+1c2b6xM4 to not see that. There are serious problems at State Farm right now and blaming or gaslighting those that need an outlet to vent is not fair. Also, the “if you don’t like it, you can leave” mentality is not providing great results.
The posts may or may not be staged, but they do make one question why people who are unhappy aren't doing something about it, but instead rather continue to complain.
What is the motivation of those who are unhappy? To improve their lot in life or to simply complain?
