I agree. If you want new thinking, then we need new leadership. Jane positioned herself nicely and made sure to give herself a generous raise while other banking CEO’s took a reduction in pay. She’s “got her’s”, now its time to move aside and let someone with new ideas, new innovations, new perspective to take the reins. She’s been around for a while and has been a major stakeholder and decision maker for a long time. Decisions might I add that got us here where we are at right now. The condition that we are trying to unravel. Just move aside and let someone else step in and lead us into the light.

100% agreed. Citi needs new generation of leadership! current leadership is outdated, corrupt and rotten!

@osn+1p7zkWE1 Not only that, but I have never in my life seen an organization where so many pointless calls were conducted during the day.

I don't have years and years under my belt at Citi. However, I was extremely surprised when i started and still surprised to this day how disorganized things are in my dept and the company overall. Some people are great. The majority of folks are so busy sending emails and not having a organized approach to things to show they are 'adding value.
