This isn't new, but it also backfires outside the US, due to the labor laws. Some countries have work contracts, and expensive severance payments required.

The clever move would be to fall on their property Make sure there are plenty of witnesses Also make sure you hit your head Then don't ever settle You have headaches and can't sleep at night They will never force you to come in again Now the real clever move is as long you don't settle , they can virtually never fire you A good Lawyer will get you a boatload if they ever do It would never even go to court either No company would risk putting a case like that in front of a jury
