The People Lead salary pilot is posted on FB. Complete with screen shot company AMP info. Just a pilot. Three pilot programs. Sometimes they trash a pilot, sometimes the revamp. Hard to say until they tell us for certain.
The only jobs that are essential and are not going away are the people who unload the trucks and those who stock the shelves. Any other job can be and probably will be eliminated in the future. Cashiers are next. Technology is moving fast
I heard today claims supervisor was NOT being eliminated... ????

some people refuse to listen to the truth but try and shove the truth under the rug. Jobs have been eliminated at Walmart for years. No one can tell anyone the truth. One day they tell you ok your job is safe, next day you are called in the office saying yep your job is eliminated. Did it with Invoice, did it with Training Coordinators, and Personnel Coordinators. Don't ever think your job is safe because they lie to your face, swear to it and the next day you are called to the office and told very cold and heartless that your job is going to be eliminated. FACT: people think its not going to happen to them but FACT: happens all the time. Don't kid yourself. Everyone is replaceable.
We are just trying to stay above water and keep the stores running. Lots of remodels in this market. No time to change anything until we get through the holidays
People Leads are NOT going salary! There is not one market or regional person that told you that. Why do you insist on telling tales?

Claims supervisor, Claims, dsd,.... anyone know what's going on with these jobs and WHEN?
It will get colder and people will come to the store in droves to by plastic trees and other items with a picture of a fat white guy with a beard.
People Leads are not going salary FACT!! NOT... why do you all insist on continuing this rumor! No you Regional did not tell you that, No your market manager did not tell you that, and if Your SM did....well it is time for a new one
They are trying to get rid of long term associates!
