Any insight to bonuses for employees and another perks? How are the benefits? How is the 401k?

Our real incomes have taken a hit since jb stiffled energy output which caused inflation to go from 2 to 10 percent. Not only an Accenture problem. Lighten up Geronimo.
Pay and benefits used to be good. 401k match up to 6% and profit sharing.
Upside if you're young in your career and want exposure to a lot of unique projects that will help build your skills quickly.
Downside is you're just a #, they work you to the point of slavery and it's a very nomadic lifestyle as a traveling consultant.
I could go on but will also advise you to stay away with layoffs impending. Also promotional opportunities have significantly slowed.
Didn't really personally enjoy working for Accenture, but good luck in your decision if an opportunity arises with ACN.
Stay away from this company. Layoffs are about to start. You might get a pay for 3 months before they lay you off.
