There will be layoffs and yes most of those jobs are moving overseas
I think around 50 will move to Minneapolis and STL.
Not fake news. WIM pulled out of VA. Over 300 people displaced. Most jobs moved to India and Philippines and a few jobs moved to STL and Minneapolis.
