How much longer before all Outside Sales are let go?

Yeah, Sales su-ks.
I don't care how beautiful a mouse trap is designed, manufactured, assembled and delivered, nothing happens it there's a sale.
And being in professional sales means you take the calls when it's not magnificently designed, manufactured, assembled and delivered.
Service does their best to keep stuff running, but anything that goes sideways ends back in our laps. I take production and MPS service calls (and HCL collection complaints) way more often than I do for my area (IT).
It's part of the job and when I lose a client, my bank account and utimately my family suffers directly. I often hear that service complains about the clients in front of the client??? If service personnel made less when clients left, it might change the approach, but the attitude regarding colleagues says that's not happening anytime soon.....
How much longer until inside sales is let go and replaced with virtual AI Reps? Would that be enough to get xrx above $10?

@m3 call center that is mentioned is HCL which is also something that customers hate
@d9 it’s not a call centre, they do what the field does…exactly what the field does.
@da you do know that it has existed for almost 30 years and they do travel to see their clients? You should learn about how successful their business is before you speak.
