IBM recruiting/hiring/promoting practices are abhorent

What is the over under for how many times IBM goes out of it's way NOT TO HAVE ANY WHITE MALES here in the link below and how many times they OVER USE "DIVERSITY" in this weak attempt to keep the z mainframe from? 7!!! So diversity means anything NOT white and not male over 35? How much more blatantly DEI and WOKE can IBM get recruiting/hiring/promoting based on age, s-x, skim color? Disgusting.

I don’t know what IBM is referenced here. In my organization all I saw were white men on the top and that was 4 layers of them. Don’t worry white men are still running a lot of the business. It seems like more white men are being forced out because there are more of them. IBM has gotten rid a lot people of color and as hard as it is to believe they made up a small percent of the workforce. There aren’t many “others” to let go. There are a lot of unqualified people at IBM and it’s not because of DEI…what I saw was a lot of you get pushed up based on who you know. So tired of the DEI/Woke narrative IBM does not care about anyone. They will eat their own soon enough.

DEI has nothing to do with quotas and all yall are arguing dishonest points that only support racism. I was a manager, I had the "DEI training" and you know what it said? Don't interview or give raises based off of race, religion, or even give the appearance of favoritism. You evaluate people solely on skills. IBM ditched DEI and now they're mass hiring Indians. If anything, they're able to discriminate more now that they ealked back policy. IBM is a sh-t place to work but the whole DEI thing wasn't the problem.

Discrimination in hiring is illegal, and IBM HR and IBM Legal should know that better than anyone...DEI is no longer the law of the land.
