Everyone was in a much better mood no matter how much work they had done, how exhausted they were etc. And look at the situation now! People have never been in worse mood and we've never had a worse atmosphere. The only good thing is that this time most people's mood will improve after the New Year's - all my colleagues have a plan to leave at the beginning of 2022.

Auto claims is a mess. 12 hour days doing the job of 2 adjusters because Allstate laid off too many adjudters in November of 2020 and now Allstate is trying desperately to hire adjusters back. Morale is at an all time low as corporate greed becomes more obvious by the day . Shops aren’t buying into virtual assist and want field adjusters going to their shops to write estimates . There’s still delays of up to 2-4 weeks on supplements and total losses and agents are losing customers in droves due to claims handling delays . Merry Christmas Tom and Glen ! India operations are a go !

Yes! Nothing slows down anymore. If anything, people are trying to get more cr-p done this time of year than ever before. It has been insane since Thanksgiving.
