EPA going after the Permian..............

The below is from a Bloomberg artice. I would think if it happens we will see slower drilling in the Permian, and tie that in with the recent offshore lease sale cancellation and things are going to get interesting in our industy.

The Biden administration is considering triggering tougher anti-smog requirements that could curb drilling across parts of the Permian Basin, the world’s biggest oil field that straddles Texas and New Mexico.

Let the higher ups pay. Who cares, just ride the coattails; like everyone else does. Don’t look; wait about a decade or two…you will be ok. Just enjoy the ride; you too will get the golden parachute. W. B. has paid; it’s so nice, just follow the leader. All is good. Life is good.

Experience my friend. Just experience. Hey, maybe I am executive quality. I always thought that even if the system didn’t.

@nag+1hzgvMij, I asked an O&G executive what he thought about the admin's plans for the Permian. He said he wasn't too concerned, because he was just going file a lawsuit and let SCOTUS rule that in the Permian you can pollute all you want. He said it was good for business. How'd you know?

Why don’t you just file a lawsuit and let SCOTUS rule that in the Permian you can pollute all you want. If it’s good for business it is the right thing. It is sad that some people think that way.
