We all want to know what will happen, especially if we get to keep the job for now, that’s normal. But I’ve been obsessively reading all the information available, even at home. I should stop. This is just a job. I’ll just take a deep breath, go in, do my work, and collect the paycheck until the axe falls. Make sure to keep the perspective. And distance.

Intel is a creepy white guys paradise. Lots of vulnerable and impressionable foreign women that can be groomed by white perverted men with Asian fetishes. While culturally and in society this has always been a thing at Intel it is rampant. It’s like a memo went out to all white creepy pe-v men to come work here

Lots of white men going after Asian women at intel. It’s very very odd and creepy. Not that it happens but the sheer amount that it happens at intel is crazy. Something is off and wrong. Or just tons of creepy white men work for Intel
Government takes some control of Intel. DOGE makes Intel hierarchical structure resemble a pyramid.
It is indeed painful to live through life experiences. We need to find a helpful log to float or else we will sink. As someone who got laid off from Intel almost 10 years ago, it took me a while to reconcile and do what I want. You will find yours.
OP, No you are not because you care but don’t let it drag you down because it surely can, just go to work and try and block out the negative. I know it’s easier said then done though, one of my coworkers was so negative about what’s going on I had to say enough already! I no the person just needed an outlet to talk, so I finally told them I’m limiting the negative talk per day and then we can talk about other things. Hahahaha
Whatever will happen, will happen. Don't read, don't stress out, do your job, collect paycheck, develop yourself, get new skills, create new connections with other people, take care about you, your family. Life is to short - if you gonna get cut, that's ok - you will find something else. Que Sera, Sera and move on!
As Socrates said, "By all means marry; if you get a good wife, you'll become happy; if you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.". Intel is a great place to make you a philosopher.
Yea you need to stop. They don’t give one sh-t about you or anyone of us. They love your unjustified loyalty but it’s not reciprocal. They will drop you in a heart beat and forget you name a month after. The worst are the managers who pretend they care. They are straight up evil. They are the ones actually making the call who gets let go but like pyschopaths fake empathy.
The only reason to read all this stuff and news is to root for their downfall and comeuppance
