Rant here.......I picked BOPIS all day by by myself, dealt with several unhappy customers and resolved their issues, spent time on the registers to help get the line down and did Go Backs......had a wonderful customer compliment ......and what did I hear from Management? “You didn’t get your Downloads today, you need to work on that” I am a long time employee and I am so over this new Belk Company Mentality.....the plan was to work 1 more year and retire but honestly I don’t know if I can make it.....Belk is a toxic enviornment

The app is worthless anyway. Using it as a customer has been a frigging nightmare. It always says it cannot find the item when I scan it., or the price is wrong. But hey, lets shove this glitchy app down every customer's throat without fixing the problems.. ok.
@mtn. You are so right. Belk is nothing but a black ho-e. Even people that start out decent end up being liars and cheats all in the quest of money. We have a new manager that I thought was great he is just as disengaged as the rest of them. And he has turned into quite the liar. The lies are to cover up for the people who are not doing the right thing. So sad. Belk will send you to the dark side if you let it. I could go on and on but it does not change anything. Working on getting out of there. Can't wait.
I finally figured out something wrong with Belk mentality and why it fails so bad with loyal Belk workers and creates a very sad and toxic working condition environment. Belk’s brain is like this, on the left side there is nothing left and on the right side there is nothing is right! Don’t you agree!
Yes it is. If you have a way, Try to get out before you get sick! Its only going to get worse. I am in the same position at belk and I am trying to get out. Good luck to you.
