The updated me@walmart under team, AP team. Who are you all showing as your coach? Our store is showing the FE coach' s name 🤔
Any idea of when this will happen?
Our APASM has filled in at other stores for weeks at a time and other managers do what he was suppose to do while he gone. So it is feasible for it to be eliminated.
FE coach would be here day and night if that happened! The APASM has more duties than what are known by most
The amount of idiotic comments on here is comical. Do any of you fully understand what an APASM does on a daily basis? Very few FE coaches in the company would be able to handle their tasks.

I hope so. Our store inventory was -2M+. Our AP manger is worthless doesn’t catch anyone and is super lazy.
Heard about this a while back. Haven't heard anything official. Also heard about stocking 1 coach taking over digital since they really only manage one small team with one teamlead...
Sam's got rid of ap 2 years ago. Can't believe the position still exists. The camera room is only used now to observe employee theft and stealing time by using cell phone
