Agree that the hate doesn't make sense. None of us have to go back to the office. I prefer work from home and won't be going back but have no issue with others excited to go back. People acted like the poster said there should be a mandate to return for everyone

It will be a nice change to get back in the office. I was declared full time work from home but changed to hybrid starting in May. Work from home is nice but the novelty of it wore off and I need to get work out of my home life for at least part of the time. Will still be nice to do work from home when needed and on Mondays and Fridays. Hybrid is a nice mix and where it's at. I learned over the last 2 years that full time work from home is not healthy.

Charlotte is open now along with Chicago offices and Largo. Hudson, Lincoln, North Dakota, and California centers all opening next Monday 4/18. All the rest will be open by end of May. Certain departments will be going WFH to hybrid but most will remain WFH if they choose. Over half our department wants to go back to the office so we will once we get the green light.
It's already open.
