We’ve been hearing “new contract” talk for at least 10 years. If it ever happens, well.....then we can decide.
If they roll out a new contract , I can assure you several things would happen. Mass exodus of agents, who already have a very unfavorable satisfaction rating with the company according to the last surveys done. Agents have been told for years that nothing was on the table as far as contract, then if they pull this c-ap, you’ll see an uprising of sorts. At the next agt convention, half the agt force won’t go out of protest, and the ones that do will boo mt, ps off the stage in solidarity. This coupled with the fact that sf will lose its status as number one in 2022, a huge, huge embarrassment for chairman council. Many agents are on the fence anyways,l especially the aa05s... the trends are to go independent.
Looks like next debacle will be when they roll out new agency compensation agreement this year. It’s like a train running out of control. Glue holding everything together.

Yeah......we brough that office supply guy in and his troops to clean house and bring down the system. We are a technology company.....NOT a paper clip community FIRE THEM!!
@mga...in all honesty, we’ve been using it for well over 3 years and it still doesn’t work.
We brought in leadership from outside that will fix it. State Farm is very similar to the office supply industry.
ECRM is great, wait for policy center to roll out. Now that is horrible!
If we didnt layoff all the senior techs 3 years ago ERCM would only be down for 30 minutes.
How much money did we waste rolling out this going on 5 year project?
Agents are going to pat themselves on the back on how they were saying all along ECRM s*ck and we should have never forced them to use it.
Stop complaining and get your compliance courses done. Also do some degreed courses as well, there is no such thing as dead time.
And they still wont offer vto to save expenses. Didnt they learn from 3 weeks ago?
