We find it's always better to fire people on a Friday. Studies have statistically shown that there's less chance of an incident if you do it at the end of the week.

No, you are not safe in model e, especially if you are older. Despite what they say about skillset, model e employees are replaceable. To some extent, blue employees are harder to replace, since it is dead end. Blue can be safe for a year or two, depending on role.

Heard a 15% target for next year. Not sure of time as in quater.

I was a part of Model E and was let go in August. Solid performer. Respected by my colleagues. I believed that Model E was completely safe. But I know now that nobody is.

If I was a betting man, I'd say that Blue is probably most at risk, but if you are in E and your role is, in any way, redundant, or I'd you are nearing retirement, it if you are highly paid and don't have 'friends' in the LL4 and above range.... You are not 'safe'.

I seriously doubt there will be any more layoffs, especially if you are part of Model e.

We are in a major growth period and cannot risk development of our future technologies that are integral to the company transformation that is underway.
