I have to assume that the internal and public announcement related to his dismissal was to get out in front of a bad news story. There was a good stretch of time when former VP Robert Cesena’s disgusting and scary, albeit not work related, stalking and peeping Tom activities made it such that you couldn’t type 3M into google without that popping up right at the top.
If it turns out that there is a subordinate that was pressured into a se-ual relationship or severely harassed, I hope that person is compensated and afforded the opportunity to get any support and counseling needed.
That is not something anyone should be subjected to and the collective pessimists and frustrated employees here, myself included, should respect the privacy of any individual impacted by whatever happened. Please leave their name(s) out of the public domain. The title of this thread is a joke, but the reality of whatever happened is not a laughing matter for whoever may have been working in a toxic environment.
