I'm so excited for the s***show that is going to come soon!

Please do not upvote if you have already tendered before Dec 21 or if you have no concrete plans to leave.

was about to put in my resignation, but my supervisor told me to hold off and leave after week 1 of jan 2022 so that i can get my new vacation weeks paid out, or if i could wait til late summer/fall 2022 he can put me on PIP and I just take the PIL...... not great, but options.

I know of 2 people less than 5 years, high potential, that left EM last week. Totally disregarding upcoming raises. They did not care how much more EM would pay them, just quit.

Just curious, why not March 30, the interest rate is the same for the quarter. Same boat.

Make sure to leave in jan 2022 so that you can get paid out for the vacation weeks you get when the new calendar year begins

2 guys in my section tendered in the past couple of weeks. Looks like they weren't even going to wait for Jan raises.

I’m leaving next year. Linining up my next gig. Probably 2Q. I’m tired of fighting the culture, the system, training folks in India and Malaysia, and just all the lies.

This is probably what the company wants, volunteer separations, so in some way I feel that I’m giving in but honestly they have worn me down to the point I don’t care anymore.

When was then last time you had fun at work?

Oh, so you’re one of the strong, good ones. Your condescendent tone says it all. Should have stayed at EM, you seem like a good fit for today’s company. I guess all the sponsors were taken.

@iwf+1e7swONX - I am glad that you think I am management material - only not at EM...I've left the company and before I walk out the door, have talks with many people who are unhappy and complaining about the environment and low morale in the company...but they are still there and not quitting!

Speak for yourself, “management material”… this is the third time you’re posting this ridiculous remark… must be in your instruction manual from HR.

Don't just vote..make sure you execute it...as usual, many of you are good at "talking", but not at "executing" :p

Please describe the care pack. Wondering what I missed! I just want my vacation pay...

Just received the care pack and to be honest, I was disgusted. All the bad decisions affecting coworkers life, stating that we are “family” is just wrong. We are not!

Are HR and the Corp consciously trying their best to make people want to leave? Am I give them too much credit or don’t they realize this is going to hurt EM in the long term?

Another wave of attrition in Jan 2022 for sure, probably a massive one.
People are not happy with the raises, me too.

Same, will probably leave 2H22 after doing some hunting. Will never again be hoodwinked by EM senior management with lies and conflict of interests.

I didn’t have concrete plans but going to start looking now. The amount of disrespect for employees is staggering.
