@lrqu+1m1cZ5WA yes the admins who have been with the company for a long time ate waiting for the package they told us we'd get back in 2020.
Admins and GMAS are mass exiting. The only admins who remain are the ones who have been here for 10+ years. People don’t want to work that hard anymore.
For any new or existing management:. be prepared to wear the jack of all trades hat. If college didn't prepare you for that, shame on them. You will be expected to do tasks that were previously done by the Admin staff. But then again, alot of the nice to have type things/events have or will go away eventually. HR:. make sure you explain that in the interview process. Have a Pepsi day!

@7tkn+1M1cZ5WA if you are an admin, the GMAS shouldn’t say that to you. They need some admin. I’m busy but I see admin with so little work and doing a lot of sitting around and talking. They have to know they will be let go and the free ride is over. The manager that allowed it just hurt them and now they are out of a job. India is fully employed
My GMAS told me management wants to get rid of all the admins.

my fear as FL payroll admin is if I dont apply to one of these new roles they are going to create is I will be left with no job and no package. as long as they drop the vaccine mandate for these roles I would feel better about applying

FL payroll admins are being told we will have more internal opportunities to apply for new roles. basically their way of telling us we are done by the end of the year. hoping for a package
And it's not me. I'm just hearing this from the um's admin. How unprofessional. Take the info and do what u will with it
