Interesting... does that include SLED-Sales? I haven't seen or heard of this. Sure, some people were offered CEP and Choice programs. But a complete widespread cut, not really seeing that yet. SLED has been one of the better performing areas in US-Sales, post-COVID, so... Please elaborate.
@akr+17lQNrt2 - Very few cuts ? I know of two teams in SLED that were axed. Are there more then two teams ? I guess I could ask my colleagues to find out.
@xkk+17lQNrt2 I have no idea that acronyms mean I just with PAMs and handle the technical side of things. Maybe there is more to the SLED group then what I know of. I just know for a fact the two managers took the ERP and then the remaining SLED folks under those two managers got hit with the LR which I really feel for them. I have been there before.

@lgp+17lQNrt2 – What am I going on about ? Just going off the information I have received. If SLED was composed of two managers and those under them and they were cut after the managers took the ERP then id say they are no more. Right ? Unless there is more to SLED which I am not aware of which is possible.
You must be trolling because sled has very very few cuts.
I know SLED was cut from top to bottom how ? Number one both managers took the ERP. Then those who remained were LR'd. I know this because a guy on a lateral team mentioned he is probably going to take over some of their responsibilities. He is still working this out. Not sure how SLED and W & E are merging into one when those in SLED no longer exist. I posted the comment above about SLED being cut completely.

No, SLED was cut completely. Pretty shocking. Also we lost a Architect who was handling a pretty important part of SD-WAN with AT&T he was literally the glue holding a dozen or more deals together and now that is in jeopardy. We got hit hard in sales. I know SE teams which were halved. Mine was one of them. We had all of them take the ERP but our manager and higher ups got hit. This is a blood bath and I fear coming out stronger from this is not likely. I hope it is for Ciscos sake and all of us employed but I seriously doubt it. I know I am going to leave as soon as I can find a gig equal to what I have now.
Seemed obvious with the avp and sed leaving with no backfill.
