Once dust settles everything will be same as before except number of employees

I’m done with this company. Glad to be laid off. I was waiting for that moment. I will leave with severance. Last 6 yrs I have been miserable here. Lack of meaningful work, no opportunity to move and overall feeling that I waste my time. But I made it. My Director is lame, coworkers lazy w/o skills but they are moving to Dallas. They are the future of this company. And I know for sure that there are thousands more like them here. With that, I’m predicting that once dust settles everything will be same as before except number of employees.

Yes, not a good company to work for anymore. No innovation, no respect, no trust. Leaders gaslighting their subordinates and looking out for themselves. That is the culture.

Last 6 years, the company was miserable have you leech off the company. Glad you are gone.

company would say you have ample opportunities to move... on your dime. Even overseas to India.
