@kr if you bribe the Trump administration with enough money, they will look the other way and admit as many H1B people as you like. Nickel and Dime and her good buddy Arvind know the ways to get around the immigration system. You grease a few of Trump's children's palms and the doors to the US magically open. No questions asked. It only becomes a problem if you don't grease someone's palms with enough dough.

Trump is open for business as President as long as he's raking in the cash. Got it ??

How is the H1B program even still in effect, given current state of US tech job market? Pause the program and send them back until all the unemployed American tech workers have jobs.

Oh Dearie Me !

The Indian Sys Admin is getting scared of all these responses and deleting them as fast as we write them. Either that or Arvind is scared that his kickback relationship with Trumpmeister will be exposed to the wrong people in the room - the people who are not the subservient Indians who get the H1B visas and the big bucks. These people are not even Tamil Class 5 dogs but they keep on writing about their horrible work experiences at IBM in the US, since he became the official chai walla in the burning dumpster called Armonk. And the pathetic Indian culture that he and the Pipmunks have brought to IBM. Will this sort of negative publicity ever end for Arvind ? Only his God Modi knows.

And now the damm fools write about the collusion between the Tamil and Keralites and the H1B scams and the fake university certificates that just happen to be sold at almost every stall vendor from Mumbai to Chennai and Cochin and Trivandurum. What can an IBM CEO do except fire someone, especially the ones who write these postings for the public to be aware of ? Except that the ones writing these postings on the layoff web site are the ones Arvind laid off already or put on PIPs. Oh Dearie Me ! What a terrible dilemma !

@fq it’s also crazy how many come from the same college and schools. Some even from the same home town. What a coincidence!

@fg :

So what is it IBM writes on the petition to hire them - Hey US Dept of Labor, we could not find any skilled bootlickers who are us citizens, so we must bring in immigrants?

@en

Their standard I'm such a victim fallback is to falsely accuse others of racism, when the truth is, they are very racist against others.
Especially Whites.

They're so envious of what others in 1st world countries have managed to build for themselves over centuries, while their country of origin is still stuck in 3rdworld status.

Hey here's a thought, Sh!tstains:

  • Maybe the caste system is detrimental, and holding you back.
  • Maybe treating women and girls like property to be se-----y violated and beaten on the street, just for them going out on their own isn't such a good way to be.
  • Perhaps cutting corners with construction leads to faulty buildings which easily collapse.
  • Ever think there's a correlation between using your hands instead of toilet paper, and then eating using your hands can make you sick...who'd of thunk it?!
  • Berating and lying doesn't build trust...what a concept!

@b6 that whole narrative has always been a lame and false excuse that caught on and is still being told today

@OP, and the analysis about how much these crooked H1B scammers are getting versus US employees seems to have disappeared also.

From the link provided, IBM has 3,061 H1B people earning an average salary of $148,578 each. So the company is paying out approx. $454 million for these H1B people. Obviously some bigwigs in HR and elsewhere don't want these numbers announced because it will get a lot of raised eyebrows by the Feds. After all local US talent is treated by IBM HR like yesterdays garbage. Why is that, Nickel And Dime ?

How and why is it that no local US people can be found but we have to go to India and import them ? We have plenty of unemployed people in the US right now. So why are these H1B people here ? Charity begins at home too. So start hiring US folks at correct US rates before you go to jail for a long long time, Nickel and Dime.

Both Arvind and Nickel and dime should both be in jail for fraud. You are on the radar now.

@ad

Thanks for showing us all your true colors (racism pun!) by stating unequivocably (look it up) how you are so blatantly racist and hateful toward Americans, White Americans in particular.

In doing so, you've now forfeited any plausibility in being taken seriously, whenever you wail, "You're being RACIST against me!" toward anyone else. You can't fall back on that untrue accusation toward others, just because they may object to your unlawful behavior (not your race) when you yourself are a bitterly hateful racist.

Why are you screeching and gnashing your teeth so vehemently? Could it be because you and your ilk now are finally realizing that the jig is up on your scamming and scheming re H-1B and other assorted illegal activities happening within OUR United States?

If you'd waited your turn, and played by the rules like other law-abiding people of the world who've immigrated to the USA/worked within its businesses have done, then there'd be no problem for you. We welcome people with integrity. We don't welcome people who try to rip us off, and then laugh in our faces about it.

Get bent, then GTFO!

@b7 @b7 it disappeared of course but am I glad you mentioned it; it was too volatile for IBM's Indian management especially when it had some honest to God truthful statements. Like new IBMers getting paid a pittance to work in IBM in the US, compared to these overpaid H1B visa holders from our favorite country, India, who have to be imported. After all, why can't you have these H1B visa holders train the new US employees while they are offshore ? Why do they have to be onshore in the US, instead of working offshore in India and earning less ? It's the IBM India Friends and Family plan brought to you by Arvind and IBM HR. And that irks these corrupt Indians in management. The truth always hurts when exposed to the sunlight.

Particularly how it impacts Arvind and Nickel and Dime. Arvind will no doubt reach out to his buddy Trump to squash any H1B investigations, and corrupt Trump will no doubt comply. But Nickel is an outright thief and should be in jail for perpetuating fraud through the H1B program.

It's is surprising that the other links for this discussion are still up, so copy them down and send them to the Dept. Of Labor....someone needs to know, and IBM management needs to be facing the US DOJ for fraud. Especially on the 4th of July. There are $1 billion reasons for Arvind, Nickel and the IBM's corrupt management to be in jail.

Exactly, and these are the same scammers who cry, "RACISM" should any American (ironically, or any color) voice even the slightest objection to all of the H-1B CORRUPTION which we can all see occuring before our very eyes. It's not about race, it's about integrity and following the laws of OUR LAND.

The problem with d-mb people is, they assume that everyone else is just as d-mb as they are.

These a55clowns genuinely thought they'd be getting over indefinitely with this sh!t. Well now, the law is cracking down on them, just as it should have been doing all along. Better late than never! Today is the 4th of July...let's all raise our glasses in a collective toast: "To successfully TAKING OUT THE TRASH!"
