That is all that my LL5 and LL6 are worrying about.

@cj Bill Ford’s agreement with the State of Michigan to get taxpayer dollars diverted from schools is to have 5,000 w2 employees in the train station. There’s nowhere near that.
It gives the LL6/LL5, something to do, since they don't know how to manage their people!
Well, in the past 5 years, they've spent Billions (with a B), on real estate and renovations. Not to mention wasting billions on the whole EV nonsense.
So, they dont want the buildings to be empty, they want butts in seats. Its part attrition and part control. I believe we are also being punished for the abismal survey results.

I did hear through a conf. room wall that the message will be "we lost some people but the Ford plan is working and in full swing".

@av did anyone else notice how she is a "Global Director" but has nobody reporting to her? When she says "we studied this extensively", the "we" is literally just her.
Her dum--ss failed out of NYU and had to transfer to the University of San Diego to finish her degree (in "Business" btw). She has no technical skills whatsoever and she probably couldn't analyze the data in a 3rd grade word problem.
Why the executive leadership team trusts her "analysis" is beyond me
@av my dislike for Kumar is the same as tbe next guy but he I like that he called her out on her bullsh-t claims and asked her to show the data

@av I am pretty sure they want us to work in collaborative work spaces all day. During one of the broadcasts, I swear they made the individual work station sound like an afterthought.
@av HR and Ford Land both report to Where’s Waldo. So you have two orgs that need to justify their jobs working together. HR makes up policies back to office to give Ford Land jobs something to do and vice versa.
I wish more people called this conflict of interest out. If they were separated you’d have one pushing back on other.
@am and they have the audacity to get that id--t woman from Ford Land in all the town halls to tell us how there is more than enough room for everybody
@ag if it were about productivity maybe they would actually have enough desks for everyone. My team literally got moved to a building with fewer desks. We were told to show up at the crack of dawn if you want two monitors.
It’s all excuses. This has nothing to do with “people not coming in at all.” Nor is it about collaboration. It’s not about productivity. It’s not about quality.
It’s about money. They want more and don’t care if it costs you your time and money.
