How about STI and 401k match?
LTI confirmed. Still have to wait 1 year to vest, but it's much better than nothing.
LTI alone makes it neither true nor false, it's just LTI
A lot of people from FPG already got LTI letter yesterday so this is definitely true.
As true as the reported inflation...
Time to leave this ship, I have some upcoming interviews. If I clear one, you won't see me here soon
@kme+1okNLw8n this is so true. With natural attrition, they don't have to pay severance and don't have backfill the position either
Revenue is down significantly. No one is buying our products. I don't think there is any incentive to add expenses back in when revenue numbers are just not there
With no raises, no STI, no LTI and reduction in benefits, I am noticing natural attrition is starting to tick up again. From 10,000 feet, attrition may be considered desirable since it means costs go down and perhaps lets them lay off fewer people.
When your colleagues depart on their own, they are lowering costs.
Zero motivation to restore benefits as long as Seagate isn't hiring, which is the only other place WD employees can work without taking demotions.
Probably just for executives
I doubt it the numbers weren't good and cost cutting and purchasing is all still a no go.
