Decided to nuke the team and get rid of top performers and earners. Replaced them with contract workers for half the cost. Everything is going to sh-t and they're paying for it lol
@9zz sounds like a bully manager to me.
I'm friends with a few of these guys and none of them were told what was said that was problematic but they were all of the members of the team critical of the department manager that laid out issues in the survey. Most have been scooped up by competitors or vendors for raises. So something was going on
