Who had to say that he/she has to tell anyone that they intend on leaving?

"...Then I’m asking for a voluntary lay off."
I would recommend against that. If anyone, even your coworker gets a whiff that you are planning to leave, they can potentially fire you for no cause and you will not be eligible for unemployment benefits as the employer can prove that you left voluntarily. Just my two cents. Stay safe out there

I believe it is anonymous. Looks like it was made in MS forms, and when you change the settings to record name, it automatically adds a message at the top of the survey that says “Hi . When you submit this form, the owner will see your name and email address.”

I don’t think there’s a way to remove that warning if you are recording names, and it’s not present on the corp update survey, so……. I’ll be answering honestly, but you do whatever makes you feel best.

The survey didn’t say it was anonymous, so be careful!

Nah. Staying anonymous and doing my job until the fall. Then I’m asking for a voluntary lay off.
