I have been here for about 1 year now and am realizing that this place really has no future. The tech is garbage and disorganized; no one even wants to work together on anything. Blame game is being played all the time.
Seems like the trick here is to do as little as possible, talk big game and distance yourself from failing projects
Every 2 months there seems to be more layoffs and fear mongering; what type of garbage environment is this? How do people expect to make a career here? What type of incompetent clowns would want to join this sinking Titanic ( layoffs are rampant and there is no security)
