@kcl+1oaCvt41 thank you for your comment. I agree with you on building your personal brand and doing quality work. It has been increasingly more difficult though, with all the things happening at CS.
This was a good read, it actually helped me understand what my coworkers might be doing. I agree with the hand raise if you're ready to go. And some of them are F. genius, if you don't care about your personal brand and are truly ready to retire. Otherwise, a tip learned long ago, never burn bridges, the coworkers you're impacting by doing cr-p work won't forget...some may not forgive. You never know who you'll be working with again in 5yrs, or 10. Take care, if your coworkers are good people, don't be a di-k. At least slide them the side code, if you're truly ready to burn up your brand.
