Yes, Indian engineers are really not the smartest and certainly cheat a lot, but hey this is their culture from home. Putting happens in India unless you lie or bribe. This is a fu--ing culture!

You can also call the anonymous ICE tipline and tell them about the many H1B undocumented from India

Wouldn't someone on an H1B necessarily be documented?

@bw

You can also call the anonymous ICE tipline and tell them about the many H1B undocumented from India who live in a rented Florida building and work for IBM Consulting. The scam is run by an IBM India crook who lives in New Jersey. I'm sure the Feds will be interested in IBM's nefarious and unethical practices.

And don't forget Social Media - there is plenty to get Alvind and his unethical company in hot water and more. At the end of the day, it's all about $$$, nothing personal of course.

Agree with view on India. I have worked with a few smart ones and the rest are drek. But they are viewed as CHEAPER and so can fixed Windows problems "cheaperfasterbetter" than highly paid (!) American workers. That was a phrase I heard all the time at Aon when outsourced everybody because we were all IT slackers and dead wood. So have at it IBM and destroy what is left of this fine company. (Disclosure - worked for an IBM business partner long ago during the catastrophic Akers years. )

Indians are becoming arrogant. The overall quality of their work is not up to the expected standards. Very few are honest. Most try to devise a way to cheat.
Some might consider my words harsh. Too bad.
My experience dealing with Indian engineers spans over at least 2 decades.
