IT Services being outsourced to TCS, goodbye clients!
Every day, is layoff day. Look at the Q4 and FY financial results, they were abysmal
Outsourcing employees to HCL in more areas and regions, is cheaper than laying off.

Can't wait that long. Will be done in Q1. Don't assume and jobs will stay with the combined entity. The offshore firms are knocking on the door every day.
