Team morale was already down due to downsizing & then paycuts hit the last nail in the coffin. Managers and uppity graders sweating bullets rn and yet mgmt says everything will be ok next year. I call it BS

The best way to boost morale, would be to layoff a large portion of the upper management. That would demonstrate the company actually values those who do the real revenue generating work.
INTC is valuable as a medium return, medium risk savings account.
Oh it’s BS for sure. They’re looking at ways to push out paying invoices and employee bonuses.
Or, you could blindly trust the management team hat somehow didn’t see their data center business continuing to turn into vapor.
