Seems that the IT staff is all going offshore. Infosys is taking over again. We all remember last time they worked. The field is going to love this.

@1ss First, you can look on Indeed and you'll see that Infosys is hiring a cr-p ton of people for the help desk. Second, if you know anyone that works there, just ask. I have lunch with a few of them at least once a month. The trainers, the team leads, the techs, the nerve center folks. All going to be flooding the local market for jobs.

Everyone knows the IT desk is a joke and has been. Their staff are making ridiculous posts on Slack all day. It's obvious they have nothing to do. Several of them spend their workday trying to figure out what gender they are. Outsource it all to people that will put some effort and passion into what they do without shoving rainbow flags in your face.

The help desk is just the latest area to get flushed down the toilet. The rest of the company has been in shambles for years. The board sc--wed up with JES and should be asking themselves if TG is another JES or if he will eventually do anything good for the company. Someone needs to get control of this place and fix it.

Why are good messages being deleted in this thread? The post about "saar", "saar" has been removed & I feel disappointed bcoz I wanted to read it again. We value indian talent, but it seems we don't appreciate indian humor or songs.

Before the twit SR turned off the phones, those folks were great! Sure, you may have run into someone that didn't know anything. But for the most part they knew what to do.

Going to the whole chat box thing messed it all up. They did it to make those guys work twice as much. The only department that never closes. Expect when the stupid phones break.

The desk has done a lot of great work with minimal funding in recent years in an attempt to assist users with an endless parade of undersupported and poorly documented applications. If you think the desk is bad now, just wait...
