@j1+1jnz6yreb - As someone that supported the SDLs before we were outsourced, I just want to say I'm so sorry.
I can confirm the SDL exits. In my market they reduced the amount of SDLs and Delivery Sups. They also laid off the Merch Managers and a handful of merchandisers. If there were any LF Reps on the Monday-Friday schedule, they were put back on the Tuesday- Saturday schedule. The Pod setup is already wearing on the SDLs. The move to Savvy ordering has been a nightmare for a lot of the sales reps and actual training and support is nonexistent. I’m curious to see what else comes down the pike.
Q1 is a disaster already. Will float along though until we can see what results the field structure brings.
The next wave to exit are the SDLs that had to reapply or take the package. They all knew last month those that took it and will exit March 28. I think that is the last wave unless Q1 looks like a disaster
