Retention 1 and 2 are going away. Out sourcing and changing hours of operation to 7 am to 7 pm.
People in Retention are being told to move to another Dept and quickly.
The laws do not allow all of Retention work to be solely in India. You can not sell Insurance out of the Country to American Residents...
But will allow for less push back, not worry about Customer service and just do the work all while pushing numbers with no "talk back". I wonder how many American jobs will be be eventually taken for those on Visa and will be paid much less for much more work

It's all about making a buck if you voted or not. No matter who's in office.
Sorry thats the elites goal. To squeeze the middle class to death. They get away with it due to policies. You voted these mo--ns in and then you complain about their decisions. Its all about lining the elites pockets by eliminating the middle class. The inflation is damaging to the point they will be forced to defend their inability to respect the middle man.
