Accenture acquired the company I work, N3. We are transitioning to Accenture in April. What can we expect? If they did not layoff us, does it mean Accenture will keep us? Accenture was very generous they gave us a bonus of $10,000!

Bad news. Better get plan B ready, just in case.
Reason 1: Ask yourself what did Accidenture really buy ? technology ? list of clients ? Sometimes, it's just to protect pricing power, ie get rid of lowest bidder in the market.
Reason 2: You will be integrated into a Borg-like structure, where you are a number, and left to fend for yourself (sink or swim). If you're coming from entrepreneurial culture, i seriously would consider ejection seat right away. Lucky ones leave because they already realize this. Others have 1 year lock up period in their hiring contract.
Reason 3: You've become 'consultant', ie nothing is permanent, you'll have to fight to get into projects, get promoted or booted out (rank and yank)... heck you don't even have your own desk at the office!
We've got acquired 5+ years ago, we had 100+ people and almost all of them are still with Accenture. So, I would not worry too much.
The bonus we got will be divided in 4 payments and if you decide to live the company you will need to give the bonus back.
It really depend what they plan to do with you guys. I've left in 2019 but I did spend 10 years at Accenture and I've seen acquisitions go really well and in some cases not so good. If ACN is just after your tech you can expect that once integrated you'll become redundant. In many cases ACN wants to grow product and you'd be in a good shape then, you'll grow as well. The fact they gave you the $$$ tells you a lot, they would not be buringing money if the plan was to lay you off.
I hope this helps.

Why do you think Accenture gave us bonus if they plan to get rid of us?
I hate to say it, but don’t expect anything good. I don’t know anything about your company and don’t have a clue why they bought it, but they have a nasty habit of buying off competitors for no other reason than to stay on top. If I were you, I would start working on my exit strategy.
