Shocked to see so many negative reactions, I think this post is spot on, MDT didn’t focus on anything other than the optics of being purveyors of justice. Going on their main page you can barely tell what their business is.
I’m a high performing and only have 4 years left before I retire. When Geoff took over as CEO I didn’t like it at all and was going to leave for other opportunities. But, my wife told me to stick it out and just “take the money and buy some golf clubs and try and not give a cr-p anymore”. Based on her advice I decided to stay and wring the lemon one last time.
