IKO is nothing more than propaganda used to justify the end game spin. HR probably filled it out
If your supervisor doesn’t share IKO, then she is sabotaging you
I’ve had multiple supervisors share a printout of the feedback with names removed. They can do it direct from CareerConnect. Some supervisors are cooler than others.
It's a part of the script. That's all.
KO feedback is mentioned as intimidation technique.
